Terms & conditions of sales:
Unless specified, all products are covered with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty if the damage is due to manufacturing
defect. Warranty is not applied to commercial usage. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage arising from abnormal use or abuse and any indirect or consequential loss.
Upon receipt of full payment and the invoice, Clickon Furniture assumes that you have accepted our full terms and conditions.
Clickon Furniture reserves the right changing product prices if it is mistakenly priced or stated.
All delivery costs quoted are based on ground floor/front door basis, unless stated otherwise. It is the buyers' responsibility to make arrangement to carry the item up stairs. Our courier company does not offer delivery to up stairs.
All deliveries will take place during normal business hours Monday -Friday 9am to 5pm
All deliveries contain valuable goods. Our couriers are contracted to produce proof of delivery. If you will not be home to accept delivery you may wish to arrange delivery to a neighbour or your office. If you are comfortable with having your order left at your front door, please indicate this in your extra delivery instructions. Please note that we take no responsibiity for missing goods if you select this option.
It is the buyers' responsibility to ensure delivery address is correct at the time of dispatch. Re-direction fees may apply if goods have already been dispatched
For Non-bulky goods delivery, delivery courier courtesy call might not be available, as some of them are not issued company phone.
Clickon furniture uses external freight services. It is the customers responsibility to track the delivery progress with the courier once items are despatched. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time and take no responsibility with any delivery delay due to the couriers schedule.
Clickon Furniture reserves the right to revise the freight cost calculated by the system if there are any errors or if there was an increase in the freight costs by the courier companies.
7-days Money Back Guarantee - Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with the product (except for lighting/homewares or accessories) you are entitled to a refund providing that we are informed within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be returned or collected within 5 working days from the day you request for a return. All return costs will be at the buyers' expense. Therefore the refund will be given minus the total delivery and collection costs. All items must be in the original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled in any way. A 20% restocking fee applies if goods are not returned in original condition. Restocking fees also applies for VIP delivery service (assembly and rubbish removals) by Clickon Furniture or its contractors.
Upon receipt of returned goods, we will inspect and the refund will be processed (if no problems) within 7 working days.
Custom Made Items - Refund Policy
Buyer has the responsibilities to ensure custom ordered items are what they are after. We do not offer a refund for custom ordered products due to change of mind. Cancellation of bulk orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Damaged Goods - Refund Policy
It is the buyers' responsibility to inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery. Damages must be reported upon receipt of goods and customers must adhere to the claims process, including proof of damages and arrangement of goods to be returned for inspection. Any damages/faulty claims or refunds after 48 hours of delivery will be treated as a warranty claim. Buyer must bear all delivery costs incurred in the claim process.
All items must be in the original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled in any way. A 20% restocking fee applies if goods are not returned in their original condition. Restocking fees also applies for VIP delivery service (assembly and rubbish removals) by Clickon Furniture or its contractors.
24 hours notification for fragile items
We require damage notification within 24 hours of receipt of goods for fragile items. This includes all homewares, accessories, glass top furniture pieces, prints etc. For more information on what products are covered under this policy please contact our showroom staff.
All Clickon Furniture Gift Vouchers are redeemable for merchandise only and can be used in store or online. No exchangeable to cash. Gift voucher is not transferable.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Clickon Furniture warrants all goods, except for fragile items for example homewares, accessories and prints. We require notification within 24 hours for fragile items. We cover manufacturing defects i.e. material and workmanship for a 12 months period.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage arising from abnormal use, no proper maintenance and modified goods. Clickon Furniture has the discretion to obtain proof of purchase and any additional information to decide on warranty outcomes.Any item requiring replacement due to wear and tear will be at the purchaser’s expense.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of receipt of goods will be treated as warranty claims.
Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part only. Clickon Furniture reserves the right to determine whether a part has failed due to a defect or wear and tear and whether a component should be repaired or replaced. Freight, labour and other items are charged to the purchaser at standard.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only who may not assign or transfer any benefit conferred by this warranty. For the purposes of any protection from Clickon Furniture, all subsequent purchases acquire the furniture “as is”.
Not in conjunction with any other offers. VIP points are strictly for online purchase only. In store/phone/mail orders are not eligible for VIP points. Reward points are only awarded to purchase value excluding tax, excluding freight cost, and excluding any other offer. Purchases that are reversed, refunded or charged back are also ineligible for points earn. You will not receive points for purchases made with your gift card. Clickon Furniture have the rights to amend reward points program when required.
Clickon furniture have the rights to rescind, cancel, amend, extend or end any promotional offer before its concluded.

Room Service Terms & Conditions
A fully redeemable prepayment of $300 per room is required. This is redeemable upon payment of specific package price. Clickon Furniture have the rights to give out, amend, retract or cancel a package price. Package prices are subject to a case-by-case assessment are and not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Communication for Room-service are strictly via email only. Room service final recommendation will take about 5 working days to finalise.
Artist Prints are custom ordered, therefore once you have placed and confirmed your order they are non-refundable due to change of mind.
The voucher is intended for single use only and not for resale or redeem for cash.
The voucher can only be used online.
The voucher can only be used once per customer
If a voucher is used and your entire order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return all items in your order, you will be refunded the actual amount paid and your coupon will no longer be valid.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
Clickon Furniture reserves the right to discontinue a coupon at any time.
Clickon Furniture reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion before it ends

By placing a pre order, you understand that we only provide estimated delivery time frame. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for pre order item as it is subjected to freight factors and custom clearance. Every customer is important to us and we endeavor to provide you with the most accurate delivery information.
