Delivery Policy

Clickon Furniture endeavours to provide to its customers the best delivery service. We usually estimate all delivery costs based on ground floor/front door basis, unless stated otherwise.

We do understand that assembling your furniture can sometimes be a tedious task; for this reason, we offer an additional and a very affordable service for all Melbourne-based deliveries:

  • Premium service includes delivery into door, up to two flight of stair or apartments with lifts with two men job available in selected areas only.
  • VIP service is available If you require help in assembling your furniture for an extra cost. Our VIP delivery service includes delivery into doors, assembly and rubbish removals.

All deliveries take place during normal business hours Monday to Friday between 10am to 5pm and because some deliveries might involve valuable goods, our couriers are entitled to produce a proof of delivery.

Arrangements can be made for your for delivery:

If you will not be at home to accept delivery, our team can either deliver your purchase to a neighbour or to you at your office; it depends on your preference.

You could also be comfortable in such a case to have your order left at your front door, however note that, whilst this option is available to facilitate and accommodate you with delivery, we take no responsibility for missing goods.

We do deliver Australia-Wide and provided your items are in stock, delivery lead times will be as follows:

*Note that the above lead times are for deliveries to Capital Cities only. However, if you live in a remote area, you should consider 5-10 additional business days for the items to reach you.

Although Clickon Furniture does its utmost to provide you with a fast delivery service, please be aware that your location and order size will also impact on the speed of delivery. And whilst the company strives to provide you with the best customer service by providing the best delivery update, we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by a third party courier company.

 

 

Delivery Charges

Our website provides a postage calculator where you can enter your postcode to calculate a standard delivery cost based on the size of your order. If you are ordering bulky items, Delivery cost quoted in the calculator also includes our premium delivery service. Our premium service includes delivery into door, up to two flight of stair or apartments with lifts with two men job available in selected areas only. VIP service is available If you require help in assembling your furniture for an extra cost. Our VIP delivery service includes delivery into doors, assembly and rubbish removals in selected areas only. It is quick and easy to use however, please note that Clickon Furniture reserves the right to revise the freight cost calculated by the system if there are any errors or if there was an increase in the freight costs by the courier companies.

 

 

Picking up your order

We are more than happy to open our warehouse to the public for pick-ups on an appointment basis during business hours. You can book a time by calling us on 03 9417 1183.

Pick ups are available at our Melbourne showroom for small items only. Due to health & safety regulations, items heavier than 40kg are not allowed to be picked up from Melbourne showroom. Sydney showroom are only available for small accessories and homeware pick up.

Please allow 4-7 working days for your orders to be ready for pick up at Melbourne showroom and 7-14 working for Sydney showroom. We will contact you once your order is ready for pick up. If you need your goods urgently, feel free to contact us.

However, when it comes to Brisbane showroom, no pick ups for online orders are available due to Health and Safety regulations and and restricted access. Only store stock can be picked up from Brisbane showroom.

 

 

Refunds

 

Change of mind – Return Policy

Clickon Furniture understands that sometimes we can make the wrong choices. This is why we provide a 7-day money back guarantee if you are unhappy with a particular product (except for lighting, homewares and accessories).

For any change of minds, the company will entitle you to a refund provided that, we are informed within 7 days of delivery however, all return costs will be at the buyers' expense. Therefore the refund will be entitled minus, the total delivery and collection costs.

We also recommend that all items are in their original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled in any way. This will help avoid the 20% restocking fee that applies if goods are not returned in their original condition.

Upon receipt of returned goods, we will then inspect and, if everything is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

 

 

Custom Made Items - Refund Policy

Whilst Clickon Furniture does provide custom services to accommodate its customers, we do not offer refunds for those custom items if it was due to change of mind. Therefore, it is crucial that the buyer ensures that all custom ordered items are what they are after.

 

 

Damaged Goods - Refund Policy

It is important that the buyer inspects the goods within 24 hours. Damages must be notified upon receipt of goods as any damage. Faulty claims or refunds claims after 7 days of delivery will be treated as a warranty claim and, the customer will bear the delivery costs incurred in the claim process.

It is also recommended that all items are in their original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled in any way. Otherwise, a 20% restocking fee will apply if goods are not returned in their original condition.

We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

Upon arrival of your boxes, please note any damage to the boxes as well as any damage to the items themselves. If you feel that the damage to an item or a box is too severe, please refuse the package(s). There is no need to refuse all packages if others are in good condition.

 

 

24 hr Notification Needed for Selected Items

Please note that with more fragile items or those with a gloss finish, we require a 24 hour notice period on any initial faults (eg. scratching) once the goods are received. For more information on what products are covered under this policy please contact our showroom staff.

 

 

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Clickon Furniture warrants all goods, except for fragile items (under note: 24hr notification), from manufacturing defects that is, material and workmanship for a 12 months period.

Whilst we have a warranty on most of our products, it does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, damage arising from abnormal use, improperly maintained or modified goods.

Any claims after 48 hours will be treated as warranty claims and delivery/pickup charges will apply.

Products will be repaired or replaced, depending on product circumstances and it is solely at the management discretion.
