Terms & conditions of sales:
Unless specified, all products are covered with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty if the damage is due to manufacturing
defect. Warranty is not applied to commercial usage. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage arising from abnormal use or abuse and any indirect or consequential loss.
Upon receipt of full payment and the invoice, Clickon Furniture assumes that you have accepted the terms outlined above.
Clickon Furniture reserves the right changing product prices if it is mistakenly priced or stated.
All delivery costs quoted are based on ground floor/front door basis, unless stated otherwise. It is the buyers' responsiblity to make arrangement to carry the item upstairs. Our courier company does not offer delivery to upstairs.
All deliveries will take place during normal business hours Monday -Friday 8am to 5pm
All deliveries contain valuable goods. Our couriers are contracted to produce proof of delivery. If you will not be home to accept delivery you may wish to arrange delivery to a neighbour or your office. If you are comfortable with having your order left at your front door, please indicate this in your specific instruction. Please note that we take no responsibiity to missing goods if you select this option.
7-days Money Back Guarantee - Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with the product (except for lighting) you are entitled to a refund providing that we are informed within 7 days of delivery. All delivery cost will be at the buyers' expense. Therefore the refund will be given minus the total delivery and collection costs. All items must be in the original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled in any way. A 20% restocking fee applies if goods are not returned in original condition.
Upon receipt of returned goods, we will inspect your goods and refund will be processed (if no problems) within 7 working days.
Custom Made Items - Refund Policy
Buyer has the responsibilities to ensure custom ordered items are what they are after. We do not offer a refund for custom ordered products due to change of mind.
Damaged Goods - Refund Policy
It is the buyers' responsibility to inspect the goods within 14-days of delivery. Damaged must be notified upon receipt of goods and customer needs to adhere to the claim process including proof of damage and arrangement of goods to be returned for inspection. Any damage/faulty claims or refunds after 14 days of delivery will be treated as a warranty claim. Buyer has to pay for all delivery costs incurred in the claim process.

24 hr Notification Needed for Selected Items
Please note that with more fragile items or those with a gloss finish, especially Noguchi Coffee Table Glass Top, all fibreglass material, lightings etc we require a 24 hour notice period on any initial faults (eg. scratching) on the receival of goods. Warranty Terms & Conditions
Clickon Furniture warrants all goods, except for fragile items under note: 24hr notification needed, from manufacturing defects ie material and workmanship for a 12 months period. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear,commercial use, damage arising from abnormal use, not properly maintained and being modified goods. Clickon Furniture has the ultimate discretion to obtain proof of purchase and any further information to decide on warranty outcomes.
Any claims after 48 hours will be treated as warranty claims and delivery/pickup charges apply.
Products will be repaired or replaced, depending on product circumstances and it is solely at the management discretion.
