14-days Money Back Guarantee - Refund Policy

We are so confident you will be delighted with your purchase that we are proud to offer you a 14-day no quibble returns policy.

If you are unhappy with the product you are entitled to a refund providing that we are informed by email within 14 days of delivery. All costs regarding delivery will be at the buyers' expense. Therefore the refund will be given minus the total delivery and collection costs. All items must be in the original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled in any way.

Of course if there is any fault with the item we shall replace it at no charge to you, call 03 9417 1183 and report any problem and we will sort it out.
